Fee Structure for Our Immigration Services

We have introduced a fee structure for certain immigration services.

This change will enable us to continue providing high-quality legal advice and representation to asylum seekers and other vulnerable individuals who are unable to afford essential legal assistance.

Why are we introducing fees?

In recent years, the cost of providing specialist immigration support particularly for clients with complex cases has increased significantly. Expenses such as translation services, medical reports, and court-related costs have risen, while the dedicated funding available for this work has now been fully exhausted.

To protect and sustain our services for those who need them most, our Trustees have approved the introduction of reasonable fees for clients with positive decision (leave to remain) who are permitted to work or earn an income in the UK.

Any income generated through these fees will be used directly to support asylum seekers and other clients experiencing hardship who fall within our highest-needs group.

Who do the fees apply to?

No fees will be charged to people seeking asylum.

British Citizenship - £500

Indefinite Leave to Remain (Settlement)-£400

Further Leave to Remain-£300

Human Rights (Private Life) Applications-£300

Fee Waiver Applications-£400

Leave in Line Applications-£200

Travel Documents- £80 (Spouse: £50, each child: £20)

Please note that these fees cover IASK's professional services only.

All Home Office application fees and any other third-party costs must be paid directly by the client.

Thank you for your continued support.
